Services Consultant – Dayforce Implementation

About the role

The Services Consultant joins our project team to guide new and existing clients through the onboarding and upgrade of Dayforce solutions. You will translate business needs into system configurations, ensuring a smooth, high‑quality implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Convert client business processes into Dayforce configuration requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and team members to deliver implementations on schedule.
• Conduct client interviews, perform needs and gap analyses, and prepare clients for go‑live payroll.
• Design, execute, and document system integration and user‑acceptance tests.
• Validate back‑end changes, credentials, and billing setups to guarantee implementation quality.
• Provide hands‑on training for first live payroll runs and facilitate transition to support teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS platforms.
• Exposure to basic project‑management principles.
• Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
• Ability to work midday shift (11:30‑20:30) with flexibility for extended hours.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• Relational databases, SQL, XML.
• SaaS/Cloud software experience.
• HRIS implementation knowledge.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll.
• Dayforce product understanding (preferred).
