Services Consultant – HCM Implementation

About the role

The Services Consultant joins Dayforce’s implementation team to guide new and existing clients through onboarding and upgrades of the Dayforce cloud HCM platform. Working closely with project managers and technical specialists, you will translate business requirements into system configurations and ensure a smooth transition to live payroll.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and convert them into Dayforce configuration specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver implementations on time and within quality standards.
• Conduct client interviews, needs analyses, and gap assessments.
• Provide hands‑on support during first live payroll runs, including interface testing and issue resolution.
• Design and execute system integration and user‑acceptance testing, validating backend changes and billing configurations.
• Document custom solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and support post‑implementation hand‑over to support teams.
• Assist with project planning, timeline management, and midday operational shift coverage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Dayforce or similar HCM/HRIS platforms.
• Exposure to project‑management principles and SaaS/cloud environments.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
