Services Consultant – HRIS Implementation

About the role

The Services Consultant joins Dayforce to lead new client implementations and upgrades of the Dayforce Cloud HCM platform. Working within project teams, you will ensure reliable, repeatable, and high-quality deployments for payroll and HR solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring timelines, client expectations and internal processes are met.
• Conduct client interviews, perform needs and gap analyses, and translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Configure Dayforce solutions, design and execute integration and user-acceptance tests, and document customizations.
• Provide training, first-live payroll support, and ensure a smooth transition to the service team.
• Collaborate with internal and external resources, promote teamwork, and resolve project issues independently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, consultancy, payroll processing or project coordination.
• Exposure to basic project-management principles.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with the ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud HRIS platforms.
• Basic understanding of SQL, XML and relational databases.
• Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, Oracle HR/Payroll.
