Site Supervisor – Construction & Joinery

About the role

Ligne Doran Contracting is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead daily installation activities on construction sites across Mauritius. You will ensure that workshop‑produced joinery and interior fit‑outs are installed correctly, on schedule, and to the company’s high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and manage the installation team.
• Verify work against drawings and specifications before sign‑off.
• Coordinate deliveries and installation schedules with the workshop.
• Enforce site safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping.
• Identify and flag site conditions, delays, or quality concerns early.
• Liaise with the client’s site team and other trades on site.
• Maintain daily site records and report progress to the Project Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising site installation, preferably in joinery, fit‑out or construction.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Excellent people skills for managing teams and interacting with clients and other trades.
• A qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
