Social Analyst – Paid Social (Level 2)

About the role

Publicis Global Delivery is seeking a Social Analyst (Level 2) to join its Paid Social team in Mauritius. You will be responsible for setting up, managing, optimizing, and reporting on paid social campaigns across a variety of platforms, working closely with on‑shore teams to meet client briefs and KPI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Independently set up and launch social media campaigns based on client briefs.
• Manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit and other channels.
• Track performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Conduct post‑campaign analyses and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare and present performance analyses, optimization recommendations, and support business review meetings.
• Create reports and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio and Power BI.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in client‑facing discussions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns across major platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable presenting data and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
