Social Media Manager (Meta Ads & Campaigns)

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager specialized in Meta Ads and campaign planning to lead paid social initiatives for our client portfolio. Based in Mauritius with a hybrid work model, you will join a fast‑growing agency and guide a small creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram, managing budgets to achieve measurable ROAS, leads and conversions.
• Develop and maintain content calendars and strategic content plans across multiple client accounts.
• Brief and coordinate designers, content creators and videographers to ensure on‑brand, timely deliverables.
• Monitor performance metrics and present clear, plain‑language reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on experience in social media management and Meta Ads.
• Demonstrated results with concrete numbers (e.g., ROAS, cost per lead, reach, conversions).
• Fluent in English and Kreol; French is a plus.
