Software Engineer (Full Stack & AI Agents)

About the role

This is a management-level software engineer position focused on delivering quality products on time and under budget, using a golden stack of Angular, Node.js.NET and SQL. The role also covers designing, building and operating enterprise agent capabilities, including multi-agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), secure integrations, applied AI research and production-ready AI delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test and deploy web applications with Angular, Node.js.NET and SQL, and contribute to scalable, secure system architecture.
• Maintain code quality through coding standards, code reviews and performance optimisation, and run CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with UX/UI designers, product managers and other developers, and mentor junior developers.
• Build and operate enterprise agents, including intent routing, stateful workflows, tool use and RAG pipelines.
• Evaluate emerging models and retrieval strategies through proof-of-concept and benchmarking, and set up observability, evaluation and MLOps for agent services.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• Experience building production agent systems, RAG applications or LLM-powered enterprise solutions.
• Advantageous: certifications in the stack technologies, project management and leadership, and exposure to AI/ML, cloud AI, platform engineering, data engineering, security and compliance.

Required skills

• Angular, Node.js.NET and SQL.
• CI/CD pipelines, system design and performance optimisation.
• Agent orchestration, vector databases, embeddings, semantic retrieval tuning and observability tools.

Travel of up to 20% is required; the employer states it can sponsor work visas.
