Analyst - Digital Workplace

About the role

This role covers the analysis of business and user needs and the design of practical Digital Workplace solutions within a group organisation. It also contributes to governance frameworks, supports the Service Desk and drives adoption of digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business and user needs, identify improvement opportunities and turn them into practical Digital Workplace solutions.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of governance frameworks, policies and best practices.
• Work with the Service Desk to analyse recurring requests and incidents, improve support processes and clarify procedures.
• Design and structure business processes, workflows and solution concepts with business and technical teams.
• Monitor tool adoption, identify challenges and recommend actions to improve user engagement and productivity.
• Assess and recommend digital tools based on value, usability, security, integration and existing Group solutions.
• Support implementation, knowledge sharing, documentation and change management.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Workplace, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, IT Functional Support or related fields.
• Good understanding of digital governance, user adoption and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, open-minded and adaptable.
• Interest in AI, automation and emerging digital technologies is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and contribute to collective outcomes.
• Good command of both English and French.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Ability to conceptualise processes, visualise workflows and develop structured recommendations.
