Solutions Specialist – Industry Solutions

About the role

Join Dayforce’s Solutions team to support the Dayforce Industry Solutions (DIS) application. You will provide B2B application support to global clients, collaborating with Development, Product, QA, and Services teams to drive incidents to closure and deliver world‑class client‑focused service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and enhance the client support experience.
• Troubleshoot, reproduce, research, design, test, and implement resolutions using C#.NET and SQL.
• Tri­age Dayforce and DIS application issues, providing efficient incident response.
• Monitor client configurations, identify improvement opportunities, and provide proactive support.
• Contribute to operational projects, documentation, and process optimization.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of customer service and technology support experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in Human Capital Management and willingness to work outside standard business hours.

Required skills

• 2+ years of programming experience in C# (or equivalent object‑oriented language).
• Proficient in SQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience with data integrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Server technologies (Windows, SQL Server) and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to conduct root‑cause analysis and test multiple permutations.
