Sound and Light Technician – Club Med Resorts

About the role

Club Med Resorts is looking for a skilled Sound and Light Technician to deliver high‑quality audio‑visual experiences for guests across its resorts. You will work behind the scenes to create memorable shows in spectacular venues, from mountain peaks to sandy beaches.

Key responsibilities

• Provide music and lighting for a variety of resort events and productions.
• Set up, test, and operate microphones, speakers, lighting rigs and LED screens.
• Ensure all equipment functions correctly and complies with Club Med health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Backstage team to transform concepts into live performances.
• Maintain equipment inventory and perform routine maintenance.

Required profile

• Rigorous and detail‑oriented with a strong grasp of technical aspects.
• Organised, able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple setups efficiently.
• Team‑player who enjoys supporting artists and creating magical guest experiences.

Required skills

• Sound system operation and mixing.
• Lighting equipment setup and control.
• Microphone and speaker installation.
• LED screen handling and programming.
