Stock Officer – Inventory Management (M/F)

About the role

The Stock Officer supports the Head of Stock in maintaining accurate inventory data and ensuring reliable reporting within the company's ERP system. This position plays a key role in enhancing stock visibility and data integrity across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain stock master data, inventory references, and reporting in Oracle ERP.
• Create, update, and codify spare parts references, including descriptions, units, and attributes.
• Support data cleansing, harmonisation, and group stock visibility initiatives.
• Process ERP transactions such as receipts, issues, and transfers as directed.
• Ensure traceability and proper documentation of all stock movements.
• Extract stock data and prepare basic KPI reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and accuracy.
• Apply established stock procedures, templates, and forms from the quality management system.
• Maintain organised stock documentation and records.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, stock, logistics or data‑oriented roles.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Practical knowledge of inventory systems and strong communication skills.
