Storekeeper – Warehouse Operations

About the role

The Storekeeper will manage the day‑to‑day activities of the store department, ensuring that raw materials and finished goods are ordered, received, stored and shipped efficiently. This position supports production planning and customer deliveries while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and execute daily store operations.
• Order goods according to production plans and re‑order levels.
• Receive goods from suppliers, verify quantities and quality.
• Deliver materials to production lines and customers on time.
• Receive and store finished goods from the production department.
• Monitor re‑order levels, lead times and alert management when thresholds are reached.
• Maintain proper environmental conditions for raw materials and finished goods.
• Apply FIFO (first‑in‑first‑out) rotation for raw materials.
• Assist with inventory counts as directed by the Head of Store.
• Report discrepancies, expired or damaged items to management.
• Support sales representatives or customers when required.

Required profile

• Higher School Certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a store or warehouse environment.
• Computer literate.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using ERP software for inventory management.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office).
