Supply Chain Manager – Corporate Office

About the role

Sunlife, a leading hospitality group in the Indian Ocean, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead its procurement and supply entity serving resort properties and Washright Services. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the role oversees procurement and logistics across food & beverage, engineering, general supplies, wine & spirits, and industrial needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Supply Chain team, managing workload, performance reviews, recruitment and retention.
• Manage procurement performance across all categories, delivering cost‑efficiency targets, tracking savings and overseeing engineering procurement for equipment, spares and contractors.
• Set supplier strategy, negotiate within delegated authority, and oversee logistics and imports, providing backup for import decisions.
• Apply delegation‑of‑authority matrix, ensure compliance with tender processes, contract renewals and audit readiness, and coordinate with retail, washright and asset management functions.

Required profile

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of procurement or supply chain experience, including at least 3 years leading a team, preferably in multi‑property hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage multiple categories, strong knowledge of engineering equipment and MRO, and experience with CMMS systems.
• Demonstrated supplier management and negotiation skills with a record of measurable savings.
• Experience overseeing logistics and imports, with sound knowledge of tendering, contracts, approval limits and capital purchasing processes.
• Collaborative leader with strong communication skills, capable of using procurement data to track performance.
