System Implementation Manager

About the role

The System Implementation Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of electronic invoicing and data‑exchange solutions for clients. This position blends project management, system configuration, client consulting and hands‑on integration work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and define implementation scope.
• Configure system parameters and design data flows using XML, APIs and SFTP.
• Test, troubleshoot and optimise API integrations, including endpoints, payloads, authentication and error handling.
• Implement Single Sign‑On (SSO) integration concepts and steps.
• Prepare statements of work, technical documentation and other project artefacts.
• Coordinate go‑live activities and act as liaison between client teams and developers.

Required profile

• Technical‑functional professional with strong written and oral communication in English and French.
• Proven experience delivering implementation projects from initiation to successful go‑live.
• Able to translate technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable preparing project documentation and leading client discussions.

Required skills

• XML configuration and schema troubleshooting.
• API design, testing and error handling.
• SFTP data transfer setup.
• SSO integration knowledge.
• Basic scripting (optional but advantageous).
