Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join its Talent team. You will support the attraction, recruitment, onboarding and engagement of top talent across the business, working closely with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver an excellent candidate and employee experience while supporting broader HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition approval to offer management and onboarding, and build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce plans and priorities, develop sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking events, direct sourcing), screen applicants, run interviews and assessments, and coordinate interview processes.
• Prepare offer recommendations, support salary benchmarking, track recruitment metrics and give regular hiring updates to leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding, pre-boarding tasks, background checks and system access, liaise with stakeholders, support probation reviews and employee check-ins.
• Act as a point of contact for HR matters, support workforce planning, employee engagement and wellbeing, performance management, learning and development, HR reporting and dashboards, and HR projects and process improvements.
• Support employer branding on social media and professional networks, represent Deloitte at career fairs and university recruitment, and build relationships with universities and external talent networks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, stakeholder management and hiring delivery.
• Experience managing recruitment across multiple functions and levels; professional services or corporate experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing methodologies and candidate assessment techniques.
