Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position at Constance Prince Maurice in Poste de Flacq. You will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, craft and post job descriptions, source candidates across multiple channels, and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Screen applications, conduct and coordinate interviews, and guide stakeholders through selection decisions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote the hotel’s culture.
• Support onboarding activities and facilitate smooth new‑hire integration.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, generate reports, and analyse hiring metrics.
• Collaborate with HR and department leaders to align hiring strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage full‑life‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and selection.
• Experience coordinating hiring processes and interviewing, with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Employer branding experience to showcase the organization’s culture and values.
• Previous talent acquisition or HR experience in hospitality or service‑oriented environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates and internal teams.
• Organisational and time‑management capabilities to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
