About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Constance Prince Maurice, ensuring the right talent is attracted, selected and onboarded to support our luxury hospitality operations. You will partner with department heads and senior managers to define hiring needs, maintain accurate job descriptions and deliver a candidate experience that reflects our brand values.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from identifying manpower needs to candidate selection.
- Collaborate with Heads of Department and senior managers to define vacancy requirements, competencies and workforce planning.
- Create and maintain accurate job descriptions and ensure positions are clearly defined before posting.
- Publish open positions on relevant recruitment platforms and internal systems, keeping listings up‑to‑date.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals and direct outreach.
- Screen CVs and applications against job criteria, shortlist suitable candidates and conduct telephone, online or face‑to‑face interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate selection interviews with hiring managers and provide timely information to all parties.
- Maintain recruitment records in HR systems, produce regular vacancy and manpower reports and monitor progress against plans.
- Manage documentation and administrative processes for occupation permits, work permits and other employment authorisations, liaising with authorities as needed.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for international recruitment and uphold confidentiality of candidate data.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Proven experience with international recruitment and work‑permit/immigration processes is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and confidential approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support HR projects and initiatives.
