About the role

Bridge Moris is seeking a Talent Manager to lead its Repatriation Track, connecting Mauritian diaspora talent with senior roles in Mauritius. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process and support flexible, advisory engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Take recruitment briefs, define search strategies and source candidates across the global Mauritian diaspora.
• Conduct structured interviews, use scorecards and produce objective assessment reports.
• Draft detailed diaspora profiles and present recommendations to partner organisations.
• Maintain day‑to‑day operational contact with partners, ensuring a high level of credibility and satisfaction.
• Support the Flexible Engagement Track by scoping short‑term missions and matching contributors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably with senior‑level placements.
• Strong ability to source passive candidates and build relationships across borders.
• Excellent written communication for drafting candidate profiles and partner reports.
• Detail‑oriented with a structured approach to assessment and reporting.
