Team Leader – Program Management & Payments

About the role

As a Team Leader for Program Management & Payments at Cim Finance, you will drive large‑scale transformation initiatives across card issuing and acquiring. You will oversee the migration of the Credit Cards core system and help launch innovative payment solutions, working closely with internal teams, technology partners and payment scheme stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic payments and card transformation projects.
• Manage the migration of the Credit Cards core system, ensuring seamless integration, testing, certification and implementation.
• Support the launch and enhancement of card issuing and acquiring products.
• Collaborate with Visa, Mastercard, fintech partners and vendors to drive project success.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and business performance.
• Coach and support team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Engage stakeholders and provide regular project updates and recommendations.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Project Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in project or programme management within banking, cards or payments.
• Strong understanding of card issuing, acquiring and payment ecosystems.
• Experience in systems integration, digital transformation or product implementation.
• Fluent in English, French and Creole.
