Technical Lead – .NET

About the role

RAPP Mauritius is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the technical direction of multiple .NET projects. The role focuses on architectural guidance, quality assurance and cross‑team collaboration rather than day‑to‑day coding.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the technical strategy for several concurrent .NET applications.
• Provide architectural guidance for .NET Framework 4.x and .NET 6+ (Core) solutions.
• Review designs, code and technical decisions to enforce best practices and consistency.
• Support teams in complex problem‑solving, root‑cause analysis and performance optimisation.
• Oversee integrations, scalability and system performance considerations.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for business stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks.
• Mentor developers and promote clean, maintainable code.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading .NET development teams on multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of application architecture patterns such as layered and clean architecture.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience with code review, risk management and mentoring.
