Technical Officer – Poultry Operations

About the role

Innodis Ltd is seeking a Technical Officer to join its Poultry Operations team. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise in food technology, quality assurance, and live‑bird production while supporting day‑to‑day departmental activities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support in food technology, quality assurance, and live‑bird production.
• Implement and monitor food safety management practices.
• Assist with daily operational tasks within the department.
• Lead or contribute to projects assigned by management.

Required profile

• Degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Animal Production or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience or traineeship in animal farming and food production.
• Understanding of best farming, production, and management practices.
• Motivated, energetic self‑starter who works well in a team.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines, set priorities and organise tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving licence.
