Treasury Data Analytics Associate

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Treasury Data Analytics Associate to join our global treasury function. Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Treasury, you will build scalable data models, create actionable reports, and help drive strategic decisions across treasury operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between technical data architecture and business‑focused treasury operations, translating complex findings into clear insights.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and models using dbt, Google BigQuery, and Snowflake.
• Design, build, and maintain automated treasury dashboards and reports with Looker, Tableau or Power BI.
• Explore and implement AI/ML and predictive analytics to enhance treasury insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance or a related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering or business intelligence, preferably in fintech, banking or payments.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with distributed, cross‑regional teams.
• Strong communication skills to present technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Google BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Hands‑on with dbt for data transformation.
• Dashboarding tools: Looker, Tableau, Power BI.
• Python or R for AI/ML and predictive analytics.
