Turkish Floor Manager (Turkish Desk)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Turkish Floor Manager to lead our Turkish Desk operations. You will manage a team of Turkish‑speaking sales professionals, drive performance, and contribute to the growth of our international FX business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, mentor and motivate a team of Turkish‑speaking sales staff.
• Drive daily, weekly and monthly KPIs, ensuring targets are consistently met.
• Monitor performance, implement strategies to maximise conversion and revenue.
• Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews and ongoing training.
• Lead by example, maintaining high standards of professionalism and productivity.
• Collaborate with senior management on business growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Analyse performance reports and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Floor Manager in the FX/Forex industry (mandatory).
• Proven experience managing high‑performing sales teams.
• Native or fluent Turkish language skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching and motivational abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
