Video Specialist – Social Media Content Creator

About the role

CARET Communication Ltd is seeking a creative and agile Video Specialist to produce engaging short‑form and long‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, can shoot and edit high‑quality footage, and thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn and digital campaigns, covering lifestyle, product, corporate, event and behind‑the‑scenes topics.
• Edit short‑form and long‑form videos tailored to each platform, incorporating strong hooks, pacing, transitions, subtitles and music.
• Adapt video formats for vertical, square and horizontal orientations.
• Collaborate closely with digital, creative and account‑management teams to translate briefs into compelling video concepts.
• Prepare videos for organic posting and boosted campaigns while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Organise video files, exports and project folders efficiently.
• Stay up‑to‑date with TikTok, Instagram Reels and broader social‑media video trends.

Required profile

• Experience shooting and editing video, preferably within an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and short‑form content dynamics.
• Ability to work quickly, meet deadlines and propose creative ideas.
• Comfortable collaborating with clients, products, locations and teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• Capability to shoot with professional cameras or high‑quality mobile setups.
• Skill in adding subtitles, music, transitions, effects and platform‑native editing styles.
