Villa Manager

About the role

The Villa Manager leads the villa operations at Constance Belle Mare Plage, a 5‑star luxury resort in Mauritius. You will be the primary point of contact for villa guests, especially VIPs, ensuring every stay reflects the resort’s high standards of service, personalization, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all assigned villas, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to luxury standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of villas, guest areas, amenities, and surrounding spaces.
• Coordinate villa preparation before guest arrival, managing readiness, cleanliness, maintenance, and special arrangements.
• Maintain close collaboration with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Security, and other departments.
• Identify operational issues promptly and implement corrective actions while controlling costs.
• Personally attend to VIP, repeat, and special‑occasion guests, building strong relationships and anticipating individual preferences.
• Handle guest complaints, service recovery, and follow‑up on feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective handover between shifts and maintain a visible, approachable presence within the villa team.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing luxury villa or resort operations.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent guest‑service orientation with a focus on personalization.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues swiftly.
