About the role
Join the team at Constance Sakoa Boutik, a boutique beachfront hotel in the northern region of Mauritius. As a Waiter you will deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service in line with hotel standards.
- Greet guests courteously, present menus confidently, and take and serve orders accurately.
- Maintain professional table settings, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with restaurant, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods, promoting specials and upselling.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards and ensure mise‑en‑place is ready before service.
Required profile
- Form 4 or equivalent certification.
- National Certificate Level 3 in food and beverage operations or hospitality management.
