Waiter – Resort Hospitality (Mauritius & International)

About the role

As a Waiter at Club Med Resorts you will be part of a dynamic team delivering premium all‑inclusive service in a resort setting. You will work in a variety of restaurants and bars, serving guests from arrival to departure and helping create memorable holiday experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables for large dining rooms (600‑1000 seats per service).
• Welcome guests, take orders and provide personalized recommendations.
• Deliver food and beverage service efficiently, adhering to Club Med’s quality and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and ensure proper handling of equipment and linens.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate smooth service during buffets, plated meals and special events.

Required profile

• Friendly, sociable personality with a genuine interest in guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to health‑ and safety regulations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Excellent table‑setting and clearing techniques.
• Strong verbal communication in English (additional languages a plus).
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
