Warehouse Operations Manager

About the role

As the Warehouse Operations Manager you will lead the daily warehouse activities, ensuring product availability, operational excellence and a safe working environment while supporting the growth of Ensport Limited. You will optimise logistics flows so that stores and customers receive the right products at the right time. You will manage the partnership with our logistics service provider to deliver cost‑efficient, high‑service performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations with our Logistics Partner at the warehouse and ensure smooth stock flow.
• Optimise warehouse space utilisation and storage capacity.
• Improve productivity, operational efficiency and cost performance.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and minimise stock shrinkage.
• Optimise transport operations and truck utilisation between the warehouse and stores.
• Guarantee compliance with health, safety and security standards.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse teammates.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Support Decathlon's sustainability objectives through responsible warehouse practices.
