Spare Parts Manager

About the role

Thebrandhouse is looking for a Spare Parts Manager to own its spare parts operations so that service teams always have what they need to delight customers. The role covers all brands and product categories and drives efficiency, supplier partnerships and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end spare parts process: procurement, inventory, forecasting and reverse logistics.
• Build and manage supplier relationships, ensuring SLAs, delivery timelines and cost efficiencies.
• Track ETAs, manage orders and keep accurate data across systems.
• Optimize stock levels to balance availability and cost while maximizing brand profitability.
• Work with service teams to ensure smooth operations and rapid customer support.
• Analyze data, report insights and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Knowledge of domestic appliances and consumer electronics.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain or inventory management.
• Confident negotiating with suppliers and managing SLAs, credit terms and logistics.
• Analytical, organized and proactive.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
