3-Month Services Internship – Start October

About the role

Dayforce is looking for motivated students to join its Services team in Mauritius for a three‑month internship starting in October. You will work on real client projects, gaining exposure to core HCM modules and developing technical and consulting skills.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants to scope, document, configure and test Dayforce core modules.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Produce documentation such as Services Requirement Specifications (SRS), testing plans and Production Change Requests (PCR).
• Assist in coding, debugging and troubleshooting configuration issues.
• Support multiple service processes, applying SQL, XML and basic programming knowledge.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business).
• Talented, motivated and eager to learn in a fast‑growing HCM environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
