Account Clerk – Accounts Receivable & Payable

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Account Clerk to support both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions within our finance team at Aanari Hotel & Spa. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the opportunity to work closely with existing team members and contribute to improving departmental efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and send customer invoices and statements, follow up on outstanding balances, record payments and reconcile accounts.
• Process supplier invoices, ensure proper documentation, prepare payments, reconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate payable records.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, maintain filing and documentation, support month‑end closing activities and provide backup support within the accounts team.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude and willingness to improve.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) is a plus.
