Accounting Manager – Leasing Experience

About the role

The Accounting Manager will ensure the integrity of our accounting and financial reporting processes, with a focus on leasing activities. You will lead the preparation of accurate financial statements, budgets, forecasts and management reports while maintaining strong internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement preparation.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, variance analyses and cost reports, providing recommendations to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Maintain and enhance internal control frameworks and identify process‑automation opportunities.
• Coordinate external and internal audit engagements and serve as the primary liaison with auditors.
• Support senior finance leadership with financial analysis, performance insights and strategic recommendations.
• Lead, coach and develop the accounting team, allocating work and promoting a culture of accountability.
• Perform other accounting, financial and administrative duties as assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in financial accounting, reporting and budgeting, preferably within a leasing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience managing audits and implementing internal controls.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a finance team.
