AI & IT Systems Enablement Officer

About the role

This is a hybrid role combining hands-on IT systems support with leading AI adoption across the organisation. You will manage hardware and software, support users, and champion the practical, ethical use of AI tools to improve efficiency and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Own and administer AI tool subscriptions (e.g. Claude), and design and deploy practical AI applications such as prompt templates and automated workflows
• Analyse workflows with teams to find automation opportunities and recommend suitable AI solutions
• Help the data team collect, clean and prepare data for AI models, and support automation with tools such as N8N
• Train staff on AI tools, document use cases and workflows, and stay current on emerging AI tools and frameworks
• Manage IT infrastructure: hardware, networks, servers, software deployment, user accounts (Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp), CCTV and biometric access
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and implement cybersecurity and data privacy measures
• Manage vendor and subscription agreements, audit tools, and develop IT policies and procedures

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration or technology operations
• Solid working knowledge of Google Workspace administration
• Experience with Slack or similar platforms at an admin level
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
• Well organised, reliable, good communicator and comfortable learning new platforms independently

Required skills

• Project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana or Monday
• Desirable: automation tools (Claude Code, N8N, Make, Zapier), basic scripting (Google Apps Script, Python)
• Desirable: experience in a fast-paced SME, iGaming, fintech or RegTech environments, and prior technology training
