AI Visibility & Content Optimisation Lead

About the role

We are seeking an AI Visibility & Content Optimisation Lead to shape how our luxury hospitality brands are discovered through AI‑driven search and conversational experiences. In this content‑focused role you will own the strategy, governance and quality of brand‑centric content while coordinating technical implementation with our Digital and Development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content frameworks and structured‑data foundations that enable AI tools to accurately represent our brands.
• Own the Brand AI Playbook, ensuring brand truths, approved language and channel governance are up‑to‑date.
• Monitor AI‑generated search results, conduct audits and identify opportunities to improve site structure, metadata and content.
• Collaborate with Development and Digital teams to implement structured‑data and technical enhancements.
• Support content planning for websites, campaigns, blogs, social media and email with AI‑readiness built in from the start.
• Analyse data and insights to understand which content resonates with travellers and AI systems.
• Share knowledge across Digital, Marketing, Property and other teams to promote best practices in AI visibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content strategy, SEO or digital marketing within a hospitality or luxury brand environment.
• Strong understanding of AI‑driven search, generative experiences and structured‑data concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical requirements for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to content optimisation.
