About the role
Dayforce is seeking an Application Specialist to ensure its cloud‑based HCM software runs smoothly and meets user needs. You will provide technical support, monitor performance, and deliver training to end‑users across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support and troubleshoot software issues for end‑users.
- Answer user questions and guide them on effective software usage.
- Monitor application performance and conduct regular maintenance and updates.
- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to identify and resolve bugs.
- Deliver onboarding training and ongoing support for new users.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
- Stay current with new features and communicate changes to users.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work across different teams, including night‑shift hours (5 p.m. – 2 a.m.).
- Background knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) is a plus.
Required skills
- SQL
- Experience with ERP applications
