Application Support Analyst – ERP & BI

About the role

BrandActiv is seeking a proactive Application Support Analyst to join its IT team. The role focuses on supporting and maintaining the company’s ERP platform, custom applications, and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, ensuring smooth operations across its fast‑moving consumer goods business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑user support and training on ERP, custom applications and BI tools.
• Analyse business requirements and design/implement appropriate technical solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot ERP systems and other custom applications.
• Design, develop and maintain BI reports to meet business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in application support or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑player attitude with the capacity to meet deadlines.
• Self‑organised, detail‑oriented and process‑driven.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in Power BI for report creation and data visualisation.
