Associate Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Manager to lead a sub‑team within our Global Business Sector. You will be responsible for delivering accurate, high‑quality outputs to clients while building strong relationships and managing day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects of sub‑team deliverables, including resource allocation and activity tracking.
• Ensure final client deliverables are 100% correct in quality and accuracy.
• Develop deep knowledge of individual client requirements and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Oversee, review and monitor team members’ work to ensure timely and satisfactory completion.
• Apply a risk‑minimisation mindset to daily tasks within the Global Business Sector.
• Attend and convene director/shareholder meetings, review Board papers and minutes.
• Review and sign off on bank account openings and ensure banking transactions align with company scope.
• Coordinate statutory filings with regulatory bodies (FSC, ROC, etc.).
• Manage customer due diligence (CDD) in line with AML requirements.
• Support fund administration tasks for private equity funds and handle ad‑hoc corporate secretarial duties.
• Mentor and coach team members, identify training needs and communicate them to the Unit Head.
• Drive continuous process improvement and efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in a Global Business Sector or similar environment.
• University degree or substantial progress toward a professional ICSA qualification or equivalent.
• Strong client‑service mindset with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal abilities; goal‑oriented team player.
