Associate Product Owner

About the role

The Associate Product Owner will support the product strategy and long‑term vision for digital banking solutions, helping to deliver best‑in‑class experiences for customers. Working closely with Product Owners, designers, developers and research teams, you will translate product vision into actionable roadmaps and ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support product strategy and define short‑ to long‑term product vision.
• Conduct user research, usability studies and market analysis to identify opportunities.
• Facilitate CX, UI and UX design to ensure customer‑centric outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with the enterprise portfolio.
• Collaborate with data teams to define and implement data pipelines for product insights.
• Analyse the voice of the customer from multiple data sources.
• Own digital projects end‑to‑end from concept through delivery, adoption and success management.
• Deliver solutions using agile methodologies while ensuring compliance with policies.
• Evaluate business ideas for customer value and commercial viability.
• Co‑create new digital products and services with internal and external partners.
• Drive ideation, prototype development and proof‑of‑concept presentations.
• Gather and incorporate customer feedback to continuously improve products.

Required profile

• Experience in product management or product ownership within a digital environment.
• Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with design, development, data and stakeholder teams.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting concepts and influencing decisions.
