Associate Senior Fund Administrator (Private Equity)

About the role

Trident Trust is seeking an Associate Senior Fund Administrator to support private‑equity fund operations. Working under the supervision of the Team Leader or Senior Fund Administrator, you will manage day‑to‑day fund administration tasks and act as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead contact for a client portfolio, ensuring timely execution of transactions.
• Assist in the set‑up and closing of closed‑end funds, including investor admittance and due‑diligence.
• Prepare and review capital calls, drawdown notices, and related corporate actions.
• Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with filing deadlines.
• Draft and review written resolutions, board packs, and payment instructions.
• Support fund accounting audits and coordinate with regulators, banks, and auditors.
• Resolve fund‑related issues, respond to client queries, and uphold high customer‑service standards.
• Supervise and coach junior Fund Administrators and maintain accurate client records.
• Ensure anti‑money‑laundering and KYC procedures are followed.

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant field or partial/full ACCA/ICSA qualification.
• 3‑5 years of experience in global fund administration or a related financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of private‑equity fund structures, corporate secretarial duties, and regulatory requirements.
