Bellman – Guest Services & Luggage Handling

About the role

The Bellman supports guests throughout their stay at Constance Le Chaland, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures and on‑site services. Working closely with the concierge and porter teams, you will deliver a refined hospitality experience in a luxury resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, report arrivals and departures, and assist with luggage, parcels and messages promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby, luggage room, departure lounge and other public areas.
• Arrange restaurant reservations, tours, excursions and car hires for guests.
• Monitor and replenish beach towel stock and ensure all equipment is clean and functional.
• Drive and maintain the club car in accordance with hotel policy.
• Support other departments when needed and follow up on guest issues to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Middle or secondary education with relevant training or certificates.
• At least one year of experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a luxury resort.
• Ability to work according to rota, wear correct attire and adhere to health, safety and security standards.
