Bellman – Luxury Resort Guest Services

About the role

The Bellman supports guest satisfaction at Constance Le Chaland, a luxury resort on Mauritius' south‑eastern coast. You will ensure smooth luggage handling, assist with reservations, and provide timely service to enhance the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver luggage, messages and parcels promptly; drive and maintain the club car.
• Assist guests with restaurant reservations, tour arrangements, car hire and beach towel stock.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby, luggage room, departure lounge and other public areas.
• Report guest arrivals/departures, handle requests quickly, and follow up on any issues.
• Support other departments as needed and comply with health, safety and environmental policies.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education with relevant training or certificates.
• At least 1 year of experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Physical stamina and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and another language; additional language is a plus.
