Brand Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Brand Officer to support the Marketing team in the day‑to‑day execution of sales and marketing activities. The role involves developing key brand strategies, leading initiatives, and ensuring targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and implement brand strategies, campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify consumer trends and growth opportunities.
• Work with internal departments (marketing, HR, sales) and external partners to keep brand messaging and visual identity consistent.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and prepare reports for senior management and suppliers.
• Assist in planning and executing brand activation events and promotions.
• Help manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Valid driving licence.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving environment with tight deadlines.
