Butler – Luxury Guest Services (M/W)

About the role

Join Club Med Resorts as a Butler and become the ambassador of luxury for our guests. You will ensure that every villa or chalet is impeccably prepared, maintained, and personalized throughout each stay, delivering an unforgettable experience in a multicultural resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and ready villas or chalets before guest arrival, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to guest preferences.
• Maintain daily housekeeping, blanket service, and turnover cleaning between guest families.
• Anticipate and personalize guest experiences, taking into account wishes, habits, and special needs of children.
• Collect and relay guest feedback to management, proposing solutions when needed.
• Prepare and oversee F&B services (breakfast, snacks, à‑la‑carte dinners, room service, barbecues, cocktails) following service protocols, HACCP standards, and guest preferences.
• Provide “Majordome” F&B service, including preparation, cooking, plating, service, and clearing.

Required profile

• Passionate about luxury hospitality and attentive to the smallest details.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with guests from diverse cultures.
• Ability to create memorable, personalized experiences for each guest.
• Professional demeanor, tactful communication, and discretion.
