Butler – Luxury Hospitality Role at Club Med Resorts

About the role

The Butler will ensure an exceptional, personalized experience for guests staying in villas or chalets within Club Med’s Exclusive Collection. Working closely with the Guest Management team, you will maintain the highest standards of luxury hospitality across Mauritius and other resort locations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and inspect villas/chalets before guest arrival, ensuring cleanliness, functionality and adherence to guest preferences.
• Maintain daily housekeeping, linen service, and turnover between guest families.
• Anticipate and discreetly fulfill guest wishes, including special attention to children of various ages and nationalities.
• Collect and relay guest feedback to management, proposing solutions when needed.
• Set up and deliver Food & Beverage services (breakfast, snacks, à‑la‑carte meals, room service, barbecues, cocktails) following service protocols and HACCP standards.
• Provide “Majordome” service, including food preparation, cooking, plating, service and clearing.

Required profile

• Passionate ambassador of luxury hospitality with meticulous attention to detail.
• Warm, outgoing personality who enjoys human contact and creating memorable experiences.
• Ability to work autonomously in a multicultural environment.
• Sensitivity to guest preferences, especially families and children.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
