Category Development Manager – Personal & Home Care

About the role

We are looking for a Category Development Manager to lead the growth of our Personal & Home Care portfolio, including detergents. You will use consumer insights, market intelligence, and cross‑functional collaboration to shape strategy, launch new products, and strengthen our brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies based on consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Lead new product development and manage the lifecycle of existing products to maximize profitability.
• Translate market and consumer data into actionable plans that drive brand performance and loyalty.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain and other internal teams to ensure cohesive execution of trade programs and promotional initiatives.
• Oversee category marketing plans, brand campaigns and integrated communication strategies.
• Monitor category performance through KPIs and analytics, providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Represent the company at industry events and stay informed of global FMCG trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG marketing or category management, preferably in Personal & Home Care.
• Proven track record in category development, brand building and new product launches.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen and results‑orientation.
