Client Accountant – Trust & Corporate Services

About the role

Curatus Trust Company is seeking a dedicated Client Accountant to join its team in Ebene, Mauritius. The role focuses on managing the accounting processes for a portfolio of trust and corporate clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements for trust and corporate structures.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors and coordinate statutory filings.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Collaborate with the corporate administration team to deliver high‑quality client service.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or progress towards ACCA membership.
• Experience in trust, estate planning, or corporate accounting environments is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; French proficiency is an asset.
