About the role
We are looking for a proactive Client Communication & Support Coordinator to manage all client interactions and ensure a high level of service. The role involves handling multiple communication channels, maintaining professional relationships with both local and international clients, and meeting strict deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client emails, queries, and requests.
- Maintain professional communication with local and international clients.
- Follow up on outstanding matters and client requests.
- Coordinate internally to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Track communication timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate communication records and updates.
- Support general client relationship management activities.
Required profile
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client‑service orientation.
- Effective time‑management and organisational abilities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
- Professional and courteous communication style.
- Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in email management.
