Client Operations Analyst

About the role

As a Client Operations Analyst you will support the end‑to‑end administration of client billing and supplier activities for Publicis Production EMEA Hub. You will work closely with Commercial, Project Management, Finance and Controlling teams to ensure accurate quotations, job creation, invoicing and master‑data management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and create jobs in the Altair system.
• Generate, verify and follow up on customer invoices and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate customer and supplier master data.
• Monitor accounts receivable and pursue outstanding payments.
• Issue Purchase Orders and Non‑Disclosure Agreements as required.
• Validate supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support billing and operational processes.
• Produce reports, identify billing anomalies and assist with internal or external audits.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in client operations, sales administration, billing or finance operations.
• Strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
• Fluent French and professional proficiency in English.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive mindset with critical‑thinking abilities.
