Client Service Management Specialist (Remote – Mauritius)

About the role

We are looking for a Client Service Management Specialist to join Rivermate’s remote team in Mauritius. You will be the primary liaison for client accounts, overseeing the full employee lifecycle and ensuring compliance and data integrity across our global EOR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated primary liaison for all client accounts.
• Orchestrate end‑to‑end employee lifecycle management, from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Maintain rigorous HR compliance and data integrity across multiple jurisdictions.
• Execute financial and contractual validation tasks with precision.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing standardized processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in client services, HR operations, or contract management within a professional services environment.
• Proven experience managing HRIS platforms and handling complex immigration/visa processes.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage high‑volume tasks while maintaining data accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; professional HR certification is a plus.
• Fluent English; French proficiency is a strong advantage.
