Communication and Marketing Executive

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Floreal, Mauritius, within a leading creative advertising agency. You will manage a portfolio of brands, guiding them from client brief through to final campaign delivery, and act as the primary liaison between clients and internal creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client portfolios, advising on branding, advertising and communication projects.
• Lead client meetings, capture briefs, prepare reports and provide regular project updates.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs for creative, media and production teams.
• Coordinate campaigns from briefing through production, approval and implementation, including media planning and execution.
• Plan and oversee photo shoots, organise PR events and liaise with external suppliers.
• Identify prospective clients and new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Background or experience in marketing, communication, advertising, brand management or agency client servicing.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑management skills.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple clients, projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, commercially aware and comfortable coordinating internal teams and external suppliers.
• Previous experience in a creative or advertising agency is an advantage.
